Today’s Ancient Rare is Gnawbone, the level 24 Gnoll who was captured near Sundown Marsh in the Wetlands in 2010. I think this fella has killed most of us at some point. Well, him and his pack of buddies.

Ancient Rares are named mobs who used to be identified by a silver dragon around their portrait. They nearly always drop a tasty item upon death and respawn on long, varied timers.
